Our 80 Mil MariDeck® by DeckRite® is a thicker more durable vinyl alternative to traditional high maintenance marine carpet. MariDeck® can be installed on wood, fiberglass or metal surfaces making it ideal for pontoons, aluminum fishing and hunting boats, ski boats and houseboats. Embossed with a slip-resistant textured surface, MariDeck® Vinyl is easy to maintain--cleans up with just a spray of water.

Before Cleaning your Marideck vinyl flooring please be sure to use a proper vinyl flooring cleaner. Certain chemicals can have a chemical interaction with our PVC vinyl flooring. The following ingredients are not compatible with our vinyl boat flooring.

For those of you thinking you might be in over your head let me assure you it is easy to replace your decking with some patience and a little attention to detail (remember you have to put the stuff back on the boat). You will do well selecting the Marideck product. Order the samples to know what it feels and moves like. Review Comment: We just installed this on our pontoon this weekend and it looks awesome. 8' X 22' pontoon and it took a little less than 2 gallons of Marideck MD-101 glue and that was putting it on very heavy. Call the Marideck ( Deckrite ) folks if you have any questions and they will allay your fears. Took us about 1 hour to lay this down. We did four foot rollouts at a time and used a stiff bristle floor broom to work out any air pockets with no problems. Needs to be a STIFF bristle. If you are in direct sun... More details

Installation Instructions

MariDeck Marine Vinyl is designed for installations on wood, aluminum or fiberglass surfaces. The product is adhered to the surface using either MD 101 (for wood only applications) or MD 102 (for aluminum, fiberglass or wood applications) adhesive. The instructions below describe a typical installation. Read through the instructions completely prior to beginning your installations.
