Power Bimini Top Installation Help and Limitations
Please Read these Helpful Tips provided by our manufacturer. The purpose of this guide is we like to see our customers get the most our of their PWR ARM II Pontoon Biminis. We have been selling these PWR Bimini's for 10 years now and seen what to do and what not to do.
Full Open Position - Maximum Shade
- ALWAYS have the protective boot installed, except for the FULL OPEN position.
- ALWAYS remain on the UP/DOWN button until the unit turns itself off.
- ALWAYS store the PWR-ARM in the Full Down position with the boot on when WARNING
- NEVER attempt to operate the top while the boat is in motion.
- NEVER exceed 25 MPH without the boot properly installed.
- NEVER open the top in excessively high winds.
- NEVER trailer the boat without the boot on in the full down position
Vari- Pitch Position - Shade During Low Sun
Proper Operation
- Remove Protective Boot
- Depress and Hold UP button on helm until motors turn off on their own - do not release button until motor turn off
- Speed Limit in this position is 25 mph
- Do not open in excessively high winds
Radar or Storm Position - Rear Entry/Exit
Proper Operation
- Install Protective Boot
- Depress and Hold UP button on helm until motors turn off on their own - do not release button until motor turn off
- Speed Limit in this position is 50 mph
Fold Down Position - Lifts/Bridges/Storage
Proper Operation
- Install protective boot for storage and road travel
- Depress and Hold UP button on helm until motors turn off on their own
- Speed Limit with boot installed 65 mph
- Speed Limit without boot installed 5 mph
