Review Comment: If you are going to do it, don't try to cut corners. Replacing the fence bolts won't break the bank. Also consider the fence risers also. Keeps rainwater from standing on the floor.

Review Comment: It is nice to have locking nuts again. Lock washers just don't hold all the time.
